IMPORTANT COVID-19 INFORMATION:
As of May 4, 2020 our office has reopened.
Please notate the following in regards to any upcoming appointments:
Per IDA/CDC guidelines our waiting room is closed. Please call 317-849-3444 before entering the office to insure your treatment room is ready.
In the event your room is not ready, we ask you wait in car and we will call/text when your room is ready. Please limit any belongings brought into office & no extra guests at this time.
